I've made some promises to some folks this week.  I promised a frivolous post.  I promised squee.  I promised to share about my latest new/old obsession.

Convenient that I found a way to do all of it at once. *g*

The past few weeks I've reacquainted myself with an old love, happily discovering that the spark is still very much there.  Ah, Methos, still as awesome and adorable as ever even after ten years. *_*  A smartass with a handsome face, a sexy voice, and a sword - by now you all know what this means for me, right?

The show itself is no great shakes overall, but when it was good it was good.  I couldn't care less about Duncan, he's a jerk, but any episode with Amanda, Fitz, and/or Methos was a guaranteed winner, and of course Joe is always wonderful.  I am still catching up on some of the newer materials in the Highlander franchise.  I know the last movie is a travesty (ok most of them were...), but I'm going to watch it anyway.  There are some novels that look like fun, too.

I stumbled over this DVD extra quite by accident this afternoon.  To my amazement, it had me - alone, in the privacy of my own home - blushing like fire.  I am still pondering that phenomenon.  It's old news, but it's a lovely scene, so I'm going to post it here anyway - frivolous, squeeful sharing, as promised. :)
